Group Personal Training
Each week we have various Group Personal Training sessions, including; spinning, interval training, bootcamp, body-pump, HIIT, circuit training, and more.
Unlike many other places, we keep our groups small and personal…. we DON’T have classes of twenty people! It’s less intimidating, more fun, and get’s better results.
All of our group sessions are included in your membership, and it’s a great way to lose weight, tone up, and boost your fitness while having fun at the same time.
Our philosophy is to keep the size of the groups small, making them less intimidating and more personal.
