It’s your choice
Our instructed group sessions take place in our studio or in the gym itself, and are a great way to get a motivated workout in a small group.
The timetable and nature of these groups sessions changes every week, and include things like circuit training, boxercise, bodypump, spinning, and many more.

Our philosophy is to keep the size of the groups small, making them less intimidating and more personal.
