As qualified fitness instructors, we will design a personal fitness plan based on your individule goals and abilities. We then guide you through this plan step by step, so you’ll understand exactly what you are doing.
Getting results means regularly changing your fitness plan, and that’s why every few sessions, we do a completly new plan for you, and guide you through the new plan one-2-one.
